Payment Policy

At FilterAppliance, we want paying for your order to be simple and secure.

Accepted payment methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Shop Pay. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Currency: All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD).

When you are charged: Payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has gone through.

Payment security: Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Sales tax: Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Declined payments: If your payment is declined, please check that your card details and billing address are correct, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your card issuer or reach out to us.

Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
